Archeological Discovery Proves “King Koopas” Do Exist

Scientists Have uncovered a rare yet very popular species of “turtle” deep in the Australian Outback Friday night. The head Archeologist was quoted in saying, “WTF, I thought it was just  a game!”

This 11 Foot behemoth was thought previously to be extinct many millions of years ago, but even scientists can sometimes be wrong right?  ”This is exactly the find that we needed to make archeology cool again.  Ever since that Indiana Jones movie “The Crystal Skull” People just haven’t found the same interest in this field.”  quoted by an anonymous turtle lover.

Regardless of when it was last seen alive, this still strikes a huge blow for all the gamers out there being consistently nagged by their parents about playing “too many games”… Just look her in the face and say “Look mom im just keeping the history books alive”.

Winged Kittehs (PICS) & (Video)

Winged cats have been around for centuries, although these angelic creatures have only been documented by physical proof  a mere 28 times!  In photographs they appear as tranquil beings with beautiful “wings” at rest on their backs.

But realistically these wings are actually an amazing accident brought on by an overly elastic membrane which forms on the back of the kitty’s shoulders and back.  (But isn’t it much more interesting to believe in flying cats??)  Want to adopt an “angel kitty” …..sorry!  These special little creatures are not “genetically engineered” so you might not ever get to see one in real life, but there are plenty of pics and videos online.

North Dakota man swallows other inmate’s glasses

BISMARCK, N.D. – A North Dakota inmate was not afraid of making a spectacle of himself when he grabbed another suspect’s glasses and started to eat them.

Burleigh County Sheriff’s Maj. Les Witkowski says the 42-year-old inmate at the county detention center became frustrated Aug. 1 when he was not able to talk to the chaplain, so he swallowed both lenses and a piece of the metal frame.
He had been booked on an aggravated assault charge just five hours earlier.
Witkowski says the inmate was taken to a hospital emergency room but was returned to jail after doctors determined he was OK.
The glasses were worth $250. Authorities are considering a criminal mischief charge against him.
Assistant State’s Attorney Lloyd Suhr says he’ll be looking into the incident.
